thaw pizza dough in the fridge overnight.
preheat your oven to the highest setting, usually 550 degrees. If using a pizza oven, set it to 650 degrees.
stretch out your dough on a pizza paddle or directly on your parchment paper (on a sheet pan). Flour your hands and the surface before stretching.
add sauce and desired toppings.
transfer to pizza stone (if using).
bake for 7-9 minutes depending on your oven.
