• best baked on a pizza stone, but a sheet tray with parchment paper also works!

    1. thaw pizza dough in the fridge overnight.

    2. preheat your oven to the highest setting, usually 550 degrees. If using a pizza oven, set it to 650 degrees.

    3. stretch out your dough on a pizza paddle or directly on your parchment paper (on a sheet pan). Flour your hands and the surface before stretching.

    4. add sauce and desired toppings.

    5. transfer to pizza stone (if using).

    6. bake for 7-9 minutes depending on your oven.

      we recommend freezing the pizza dough until you are ready to eat

  • Keep frozen. When ready to eat, bake at 425 for 10 minutes. Enjoy!
